Introduction: Train
men and women leaders at the district level to serve as advocates at events
entails developing a comprehensive program to provide leadership and advocacy
training to individuals in local communities. The goal is to empower both men
and women to be effective advocates for various causes or issues within their
districts. This could involve workshops, and other educational opportunities to
equip these leaders with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively

represent their districts at various events and contribute to positive change
in their communities.
Training

deliver this training effectively will be Presentations, Group discussion,
Questions, Interactive and Participatory Approaches to ensure active engagement
and learning and be able to apply their learning in real-world scenarios.

well-known and emerging leaders at the district level, representing a blend of
genders and diverse backgrounds.

Impact: it
has been proven time and again that, diverse group make better decisions. This
is particularly true when it comes to the task as challenging as representing
the interest of citizens at the local level.

impact of this training will be more wide-ranging, gender-balanced advocacy
landscape at the district level. This will lead to a wider range of issues
